As a depth-oriented therapist, I work from a holistic, integrative lens. This means that my modalities serve as the foundation upon which we can walk together, but really — there is no fixed path. There is just you and me and our shared commitment to your relief, and ultimately, your self-actualization.
To support your goals, I may facilitate the use of specific tools and techniques I’ve gathered over the years, or we may do away with them altogether. The way we work is entirely customized to you.
I believe in a deeply collaborative process through which I invite all parts of you into the room with us: your voice, your agency, your desires, your defenses, your grief, your shame, your uncertainty. All of you is welcome here, without exception.
