Depth Psychology

Integrative depth psychology is a holistic therapeutic approach that looks beneath the surface to engage with the unconscious mind. Depth-oriented psychotherapy is non-pathologizing by design; it works to address suffering at its origin, and views symptoms as important messages worth deciphering. No matter your lived experience, we all have a natural drive toward psychological wholeness. This process of integrating the repressed aspects of ourselves and embodying greater authenticity is known as individuation. By making the unconscious conscious, we can access deeper self-awareness, restore agency, and live a more sovereign, aligned life.

Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) recognizes that we all have a core Self — the observer within us that is curious, compassionate, and connected. We also have many inner parts that have developed throughout our lives to protect us. Some parts may be anxious or critical, while others carry the weight of past trauma. In IFS, we gently get to know and befriend these parts, helping them release their burdens and allowing your conscious Self to lead. This is a reintegration practice that fully embraces your complexity, where every part of you is welcome and understood.

Somatic Therapy

Our bodies hold stories and memories that our conscious minds may not have words for. Somatic therapy invites us to explore the profound wisdom held within our physical selves. In addition to identifying emotions in conversation, we slow down and pay attention to what happens in your body. We learn about the nervous system’s natural threat responses, and recognize sensations as survival strategies. Through gentle awareness, somatic resourcing, and guided mindfulness practices, we can release held tension, process trauma, and build a stronger, more trusting relationship with your physical experience. Ultimately, somatic healing is about cultivating a felt sense of safety within.

Dream Analysis

Dreams offer a direct portal to our deepest thoughts, fears, and desires. They are rich with symbols and metaphors — the language of the unconscious mind. Through the interpretation process, we approach each dream with reverence to gain clarity on your inner and outer worlds. We may explore the recurring themes, emotions, places, and characters that appear, seeing them as guides to better understand your waking life and the path ahead.

Trauma-Informed Tarot

Tarot is a spiritual tool that truth seekers have turned to for millennia, serving as a powerful lens for reflection and self-discovery. Rather than forming assumptions about the future — which is expansive, elusive, and ever-shifting — we explore the present moment to illuminate the archetypal patterns that may be at play in your life. Tarot cards and their stories can act as mirrors that allow us to see things from a new perspective. This depth-oriented practice calls upon your intuition, reminding you of what you already know.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy understands context as essential. While rewiring our internal systems is powerful work, it must be grounded in the reality of external systems. Narrative and systems-based theories remind us that the struggles we carry are deeply intertwined with the structures that surround us. In this space, we deprogram from collective gaslighting and recognize that your pain is often a completely appropriate response to navigating the world we live in. This is a collaborative, neuro-affirming, and queer-affirming space devoted to cultural humility — where we rewrite internalized narratives of shame and tell stories that honor your full humanity.
