ABOUT:

Perhaps you’re seeking therapy to rebuild a sense of connection — to yourself, to others, and beyond. Or maybe you’re being called to process overwhelming experiences and intense feelings. Whatever brings you here, please know that you are not broken, and change is possible. It can feel daunting to get started, but you don’t have to do it alone.

As a depth-oriented therapist, I work from a holistic, integrative lens. This means that my modalities provide the foundation upon which we can walk together, but really — there is no fixed path. There is just you and me and our shared commitment to your relief, and ultimately, your self-actualization.

The way we work is entirely customized to you. I believe in a deeply collaborative process through which I invite all parts of you into the room with us: your desires, your defenses, your grief, your shame, your anger, your uncertainty. All of you is welcome here, without exception.
